The Ivorian international moved to Dalia after concluding the 2017-2018 season-his first in theTunisian League- with JS Manazeh.
The game will be played on September 29, the opening day of the new season, alongside five other scheduled fixtures.
ES Rades won last season’s league title ahead of US Monastir and Manazeh who exited the playoffs in the first round.
On the other hand, Dalia failed to make the postseason and have acquired the service of Enan who is a top rated defender to stake a spot in the postseason competition.
After featuring for teams in Ghana and Nigeria, Enan has also played for Ivory Coast at the African Championship held in 2017.
Twelve teams grouped into two groups made up of six teams for each group will make a run for the title in one Africa’s best leagues.
