The original date to honour the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I game between Tema Youth and DC Dynamics failed to materialize as bad weather forced the game to be cancelled.
However, the league board has rescheduled the game to be played this week on Friday September 7 at the Prisons Court in Cantonments.
Should the game be honored, it will be the first appearance in over month in the league for Tema Youth who have not been active lately.
On the other hand, DC Dynamics featured in the last round of games before the league was halted; team played against Adenta Leopards.
Despite a good third quarter, Dynamics faded away at crucial points in the game and ended up losing 51-61 to Leopards for the 13th time this season.
Dynamics is the only side yet to win a game in the division despite being one of the exciting teams to take to the court.
Ghana Fire Service will play against Adenta Leopards in the opening game of the day at 18:00 GMT.
