Bentil with teammates
Peristeri GS has clinched its third win in the 2018-2019 Greece A1 Basketball League following a 71-62 win over Holargos over the weekend.

Paristeri GS is enjoying a brilliant campaign on its return to the top flight beating the likes of AEK Athens and Kolossos prior to its latest win.

However, Ghana Forward Ben Bentil did not have the best of shooting performances in the game as he ended up with two points in 21 minutes off the bench.

Prior to the game against Holargos, the former Boston Celtics draftee had recorded double digit points in two straight games in the same role off the bench.

The 6 foot 8 inch player missed all three point shot attempts, missed his only field goal attempt and converted just two of six attempts from the free throw line.

He added six rebounds with all coming on the defensive end while recording two steals in the game that moved Peristeri to second place in the standings. Panathinaikos leads the league due to a better goal difference.
