The first of a three game series in two big matchups between Nungua Coldstore and Tema Community 2 and Francophone Stars and Tema Heat will be played on Sunday, November 4.
Tema’s Community 4 Court will host the games with Coldstore taking on Community 2 in the opening game at 16:30 GMT. Heat plays Francophone immediately after at the same venue.
Coldstore, Heat and Francophone Stars were the top three seeds in respective fashion at the end of the regular season. Nungua sealed the first seed winning 17 of 18 games.
Community 2 ended the regular season as the fifth seed and battled with 2017 league winners Tema Community 4 in a tough series.
C2 shocked many by sweeping the series with two straight wins to eliminate the defending champions. The side has another big task this weekend in the playoffs as the only side without a top four seed.
