Accra Basketball League (ABL) Representative Alex Kukula has reacted to DC Dynamics Coach and Founder Feranmi Olulonyo’s bombastic statement.
In an interview with Basketballghana.com on the sidelines of DC Dynamics Photo Exhibition to mark its tenth anniversary celebrations, the outspoken trainer dropped a polarizing statement.
Olulonyo opined, “Our-DC Dynamics-dreams are bigger than the Accra League” and his outfit is trying to achieve its goal of character building through sports.
His statement didn’t go down so well in some quarters of Ghana’s elite club basketball competition in the aftermath of publication.
Speaking to Ghana’s leading hoops portal, League Rep Alex Kukula diffused any tensions that might have built up following the statement.
“He-Coach Olulonyo- came on to clarify what he meant. What will move the game forward is what we all seek. He came up with brilliant submissions this morning on how to improve our league…I know he and all of us want a better, vibrant and more visible league and that’s what we are working towards” Kukula said.
Dynamics are former winners of the ABL Division II.
