Ghana Forward Ben Bentil registered his career low scoring performance in the Greece A1 Basketball League over the weekend.

Peristeri GS beat Kolossos 73-70 in Round 11 of the 2018-2019 League season but Bentil scored just two points in his team’s win.

The former Providence College star chipped in better performances in other categories as the 6 foot 8 inch player had five rebounds and three assists in 19 minutes off the bench.

Bentil had a tough time scoring the ball as he converted just one of four attempts from the field and missed his only attempts from three point range and the free throw line respectively.

This comes on the back of Bentil’s game leading 18 point, 10 rebound performance in Peristeri’s 69-92 loss to Olympiakos in Round 10.

Peristeri was led by starting Forward Panagiotis Vasilopoulos who scored 23 points with Steven Gray adding 15 points in the win.

The win is Peristeri’s ninth win of the season in 11 games and keeps the side in third place behind giants Panathinaikos and Olympiakos.
