Rifles are yet to lose a game this season recording two wins in as many games at the Tema Community 4 Court.
Akatsi has built on its fourth place finish in the BetWay Hoops Tournament ahead of this season to lead the standings with a flawless run.
The team beat Tema Rockets 34-24 in the opening round of games and clinched a 48-33 win Sakumono Titans this past weekend to go top of the table.
Rifles have four maximum points ahead of Titans’ three point tally after two games. The remaining members of the roster have either played just a game this or none at all this season.
New side Spintex Knights are yet to play for the first time in the league and rank bottom in the standings. After winning in its sole appearance this season, Teshie Rangers, Tema Community 2 and Tema Community 4 rank sixth, fifth and fourth respectively.
