Ghana Forward Ben Bentil is in line to compete in Round 25 of the 2018-2019 Greece A1 Basketball League later this weekend for his side Peristeri GS.

Peristeri is scheduled to play Cretan Kings in the full packed schedule on Saturday, April 20 with a lot of expectations going into the matchup.

After clinching its 16th win in 24 games in the previous round via an 84-77 win over Kolossos, Peristeri moved to the fourth position in the standings.

Its next opponent is ranked 12th in the 14 team league standings and has six wins and 18 losses this season despite beating Ifestos 80-77 in the last round.

Considering the wide gap in positions, Peristeri is expected to clinch a win and maintain its place in the top four ranked spots.

Bentil is to be counted on to lead the side to a win after 11.6 points and 6.2 rebounds per game in his first season with the team. Bentil went on a recent tear picking up double doubles before cooling off with eight points and nine rebounds in the win over Kolossos.

Panathinaikos leads the standings with 22 wins and a loss.
