Reformers of Prisons Female Team will play against Ghana Fire Service tonight at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Women’s Division. The game tips off at 15:00 GMT.
The team takes on Fire Service after beating University of Ghana (UG) 44-38 in the last round of games and is aiming to clinch its second win in as many games.
With the season drawing to a close, another win would push Reformers up the standings from fourth place to third place at the expense of Ghana Navy.
Reformers would hope to have a better finish than it did against UG where Prisons held a 40-23 lead heading to the final quarter but slack play had UG go on a 15 point run to lose by four points.
The matchup is the first of two games in the Division to be played today. Ghana Police Service and Braves of Customs will battle it out after its game this past weekend ended abruptly due to power failure.
