Games in the Tema Community Basketball League will go on as planned on Sunday, October 27 at the Tema Community 4 Court Basketballghana.com can confirm.
This comes in the wake of the league venue hosting the “Highest Ball” Tournament today with a host of league teams set to feature.
Highest Ball is a one day basketball competition headlined by BET Award winning Rapper Sarkodie as part of activities to mark his decade stay in the Ghanaian music industry.
A giant mural of the two time BET Award winner adorns the Community 4 Court as part of renovations to the venue ahead of the tournament.
Eight teams will play for the chance to win the maiden edition of the tournament; Tema is home to a host of top selling Ghanaian artistes.
Sunday’s league schedule is headlined by the clash between reigning league champions Nungua Coldstore and 2017 league champions and home side Tema Community 4.
Sakumono Titans play Tema Rockets in an interesting tie.
