Accra Basketball All Star Team Member Kontor Appiah has tagged his selection to the team as a “privilege” in an exclusive chat with Basketballghana.com
The team takes on its counterpart from Tema in the headline event at the Africa Basketball Festival on December 24 at the Bukom Arena.
Young Guard Appiah was selected to the All Star Team after a dazzling performance in the 2019 Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I helping Adenta Leopards place second in the league.
“It’s a privilege big time is a very big privilege to be playing with the squad we have …me being selected as one of the guys is a dream come true” he said and added “it feels good because the veteran guys are making us feel good..I actually appreciate the big guys the old guys in our squad they are actually helping us”.
Appiah is one of four Leopards players including Muhaimin Guba in the team that is coached by veteran Trainer Seth Okine.
