Ghana Forward Ben Bentil was involved in as a starter in Panathinaikos EuroLeague campaign for the second game in a row. Panathinaikos beat Zenit 96-81.

The win comes after Greek Giant Panathinaikos lost two games on the bounce to Valencia and Red Star Belgrade; both losses were recorded in Spain and Serbia respectively.

Bentil played the Power Forward position for 19:07 minutes and registered four points, an assist and five rebounds in the 15 point win.

In his first run in the continental tournament, Bentil has largely played limited minutes off the bench but has had a decent run of minutes under his belt recently.

The former Providence College standout was one of Panathinaikos starting lineup that failed to score in double figures; Deshaun Thomas scored 27 points.

Tyrese Rice scored 15 points off the bench with high scoring Guard Jimmer Fredette adding two points in six minutes in the win.

Bentil had a run out with NBA outfit Dallas Mavericks in 2018. Panathinaikos plays Barcelona on February 21 next.
