Ghanaian youngster Ebenezer Dowuona has spoken highly of North Carolina State University Men’s Basketball Team’s new recruit Ernest Ross.

He made the statement in a chat with as the Power Forward joined North Carolina’s frontcourt via the 2021 Class of recruits.


Both players played on the same AAU Basketball Team and are due to team up again to compete in the US Men’s College system.

“It’s really cool that he’ll be my teammate again in the future. Last year was my first time playing with him and we had a lot of fun. He’s a really cool kid who is also a good player. NC State got a great one in 2021” Dowuona said.

Ross is a 6 foot 9 inch Forward who is ranked 38th overall in the Class with Dowuona ranked 40th best Center in the 2020 Class and should make his College debut later this year.

Ebenezer-younger brother of Purdue University’s Emmanuel Dowuona-stands at 6 foot 10 inches and is noted for his athletic plays around the rim.
