Dowuona was ranked as the 20th best Center by ESPN in the Class of 2020 as a result and had a handful of scholarship offers before settling on North Carolina State.

“E.D. (Ebenezer Dowuona), think of a younger Manny Bates. He can block shots. He’s a physical presence and can score around the basket. He’s going to be really good” Keatts said according to media outlet gastongazette.

Bates is a third year player who plays the Power Forward position and stands at 6 foot 9 inches; Dowuona is listed at 6 foot 11 inches.
