Basketballghana.com can report Ghana Forward Ben Bentil has scored 16 points in Panathinaikos Basketball Club’s latest win in the 2020-2021 EuroLeague Regular Season.

Panathinaikos beat Armani Milan 86-83 to end a three game losing streak in Europe’s most prestigious basketball competition; this comes ahead of another continental matchup against Zalgris on Thursday, April 8. (Click highlighted text to watch full video)

Bentil scored 16 points and gathered six rebounds in 21:55 minutes off the bench in the win; former Orlando Magic and New York Knicks Forward Mario Hezonja led Panathinaikos with 17 points.

6 foot 7 inch Bentil had a great night shooting the ball as he converted five of six shots from two point range and converted one of two three point shot attempts. He scored three out of four free throw attempts.

The win moves Panathinaikos to 15th place in the 18 team EuroLeague standings with Milan in fourth place and already in the playoffs.

Bentil has had an improved year at Panathinaikos since Oded Kattash took over as Head Coach in January. He scored 11 points in a loss to Baskonia prior to the Milan contest.
