2021 Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I Champions, Reformers of Prisons, have been touring media outlets in Ghana’s capital, Accra after concluding a historic season recently.

2021 ABL Men’s Division Champions Reformers of Prisons

In the aftermath of bagging the title, a contingent from the team including Head Coach Prosper Agbleta, Captain Benjamin Abankwah and standout Shooting Swingman James Amotoe have made stops at handful of media outlets and talked through the unforgettable campaign it just had.

The team made appearances on UTV, GTV and GTV Sports Plus and Class FM; the visits were to raise awareness on basketball activities in Ghana and the team’s aspirations to compete at the African level that hinges on financial support to raise the needed funds.

Reformers beat Braves 76-58 in Game One and 61-55 in Game 2 to clinch the title; the team missed out on a double as its Women’s Team lost the Finals Series 1-2 to Ghana Police Service.
