The loss ends North Carolina State’s disappointing 2021-2022 Season that had the Wolpack record 11 wins and 21 losses in Dowuona’s sophomore year.

The athletic defender’s second season with the Wolpack can be considered a successful one as he witnessed spiked improvement in production and minutes.

He averaged 4.1 points. 1.7 blocks and 4.1 rebounds in 24.5 minutes across 31 games; in the 2020-2021 season, he played in just nine games.

Dowuona is sure to be on the radar heading into his third season following his marked improvement in his second season. Dowuona needs to add more weight to his 225 Pound frame and be consistent in dominating games defensively to land on the NBA’s draft radar.
