Basketballghana.com can confirm Ghana Power Forward Ben Bentil made his return to compete for Olimpia Milano in the Euroleague. Bentil suffered an injury that got him to miss two straight games in the Italian Serie A against Vanoli Cremona and Napoli Basket.

Bentil came off the bench and registered nine points and four rebounds in 16:13 minutes in Milano’s 48-64 loss to Turkish side Anadolou Efes.

The loss came in Game One of the 2021-2022 Euroleague Quarterfinals played in Italy that had Nico Melli deliver 10 points, six rebounds and an assist in 30:58 minutes to lead Milano.

On the other hand, Efes had Shane Larkin and Vasilijie Micic score 16 points apiece; Larkin added five rebounds and Micic added seven rebounds in the win.

Bentil attempted four three point shots and converted three but attempted no free throw and missed his sole two point shot attempt in the contest.

Game 2 is scheduled to take place on Thursday, April 21 at 18:30 GMT in the best of five game series.
