Prior to Game 3 of the 2021-2022 Euroleague Basketball Championship Quarterfinal clash against Turkish side Anadolou Efes, Italian side Olimpia Milano took care of business in the Serie A by grabbing its latest win in the regular season.

Milano bagged a 67-63 win over Reggiana in Round 28 with Ghana Forward Ben Bentil registering nine points, a steal and three rebounds in 22 minutes as a starter. (Click highlighted text to watch game highlights)

Bentil has been mainly deployed as a spark plug off the bench in his first season with Milano but Olimpia’s heavy schedule prompted Coach Ettore Messina to alter his regular starting lineup.

Troy Daniels came off the bench to score 14 points and lead Milano in scoring with Bentil as the next closest Milano player. Bentil’s point tally came on the back of converting all three two point shot attempts.

However, he missed a pair of free throws and scored one of a trio of three point shots in the contest ahead of the trip to Turkey. Game 3 is scheduled for Tuesday, April 26 at 17:30 GMT with the series tied 1-1.
