Knights' Benjamin Omari attempts a layup against Ashaiman

Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division II debutant Spintex Knights continues to steam roll opposing teams and record big wins in the 2022 ABL Season.

This comes on the back of the team’s 118-42 hammering of Oyibi Eagles in its fourth outing of the season. The team remains unbeaten and has recorded similar big wins in its previous games including a 97-32 win over Juniour Reformers.

Spintex is one of the best teams in the Division II this season in terms of goal difference (215) with the likes of Ghana Navy (160); Navy has played three games thus far.

Despite being a novice in the league, Knights have a veteran roster laden with players that have extensive history competing in the League’s Division I and II respectively including Desmond Cobblah and the team is led by Coach Thomas Amediku who won the Division II title last season during his time at TUSK Foundation.
