Ahead of the commencement of the Game of Threes 3X3 Basketball Sallah Jam edition, Benjamin “Padlock” Omari leads the MVP Award list.

The Sallah Jam takes place on Monday, July 11 at the Aviation Social Center in Ghana’s capital, Accra with the opening game scheduled to tip off at 10:00 GMT.

The upcoming program is set to be the fifth edition of the 3×3 Basketball tournament held this year on the back of four successfully held competitions.

Since the ClockWork powered tournament was launched in 2021, five players have won the Most Valuable Player Awards with Spintex Knights Guard Omari leading the number of MVP title wins.

The crafty Guard who can play as a Forward won the MVP Award for the 2021 launch edition and Golden Jam edition; both competitions were held in Ghana’s capital, Kumasi.

Point Guard Raymond Affram won the top Award at the last held edition dubbed the Decathlon Open last month. Registration is ongoing for interested teams to file their names to compete in the Men and Female Divisions respectively.
