The action in the week-12 of the Greater Accra basketball series continues on Wednesday afternoon with mouthwatering encounters.

Basement boys Turbo Jets welcome Warriors to the Lebanon House in Tudu for what is expected to be a close game.

The whipping boys of the competition have recorded just a single win from 11 outings this season and must find a winning formula somewhere to aid their lot.

They come up against a side which has shown so much promise in the current campaign, triumphing 8 times and dropping their guards on three occasions.

They currently lie 4th on the league table while their opponent wallow at a parlous 13th position on the league table.

Warriors coach Abeiku Sagoe insist his charges can handle the pressure of leading the line against the Burma Camp based side as a results of their dip in form.

The final game on Wednesday will see Lions square off against Tema Youth at the same venue.

Tema Youth were very impressive in the early stages of the season but three defeats in the ongoing campaign have scuppered their title ambitions.

They face a side which has managed to record only two wins from 11 matches and are lowly placed at the 11th position on the league table.

The action continues on Friday and Saturday at the Prisons court, Cantonment and Lebanon House, Tudu, respectively.
