GSP_LOGOBarracks Scorpions and Suncity Braves lead the way in the GSP (Global Sporting Platforms) Basketball League after Week Two with both sides and Catholic University College Ghana (CUCG) Saints yet to be defeated as the league resumed after a long break over the weekend at the Eusbett Hotel Basketball Court in Ghana’s Brong-Ahafo region capital, Sunyani.

Scorpions lead the way with maximum points from two games played thus far in the season and hold a better goal difference than closest rival Suncity Braves who have an inferior difference (22) to Scorpions (25).

Both sides recorded wins in the latest round with Barracks beating LIR 43-25 and Suncity Braves beating West Siders 20-18. Third placed CUCG Saints extended its winning start to the season to two following a 32-24 win over University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR).

Sunyani Polytechnic recorded its first win of the season by beating Desert Rabbits 34-28.
