KTU’s Court will host the games.

Valley View University Male Basketball Team Shooting Guard Bright Otu-Masi has stated Valley View should be expected to top its group in this year’s UPAC Basketball Championship.

The competition which tips off on February 24 at Koforidua Technical University (KTU) has Valley View headlining teams set to compete on opening day.

Ghana’s first private university has been drawn in Zone B alongside host KTU, All Nations University College and KAAF University College with loads of expectations to win the zone’s sole quarter final spot after making it to the latter stage last year.

Speaking to Basketballghana.com, he said, “Valley View is the team to be looked at in that particular zone. Much should be expected from them because they are going to top their group”.

Otu-Masi is expected to be with the team in Ghana’s Eastern Region capital, Koforidua, where his side is the only non debutant side in the zone.

KAAF, All Nations and KTU will be making their first appearances in the country’s most prestigious tertiary basketball championship.
