Former Coca-Cola Marketing Executive Linda Larbi has been presented with a branded Sprite Ball Jersey as a prize for her immense contribution to the development and sustenance of the Sprite Ball Championship.

Larbi and her organization have played a huge role in the success of the Championship as a headline sponsor of the decade old tournament.

She was presented with a green jersey emblazoned with her surname and the number “10” on the back; “10” signifies the number of years the program has run.

Chief Executive Officer of Rite Sports Limited, organizers of Sprite Ball, Yaw Sakyi Afari was on hand to make the presentation and stated his utmost delight working with a “true professional passionate about harnessing Ghana’s talented youth”.

Prior to her departure from Coca-Cola, Larbi played an instrumental role in elevating the Sprite Ball Championship to a must see annual event.

The Championship recently celebrated its tenth anniversary with Opoku Ware School and Wesley Girls High School emerging winners in the boys and girls divisions respectively.

Since its inception in 2007, Sprite Ball has become Ghana ‘s most prestigious high basketball competition.
