Ghana Forward Ben Bentil failed to register a point for Fort Wayne Mad Ants as his side piped the Maine Red Claws 111-110 in the NBA Development League in the early hours of Tuesday April 11.

The 6 foot 8 inch Forward saw just five minutes on the floor and registered just two rebounds in Fort Wayne’s series tying game against the Red Claws.

Bentil was drafted by Boston Celtics in the 2016 Draft and has been playing for Indiana Pacers Development League affiliate Fort Wayne since returning from a two month stint in the Chinese League.

After his release from the Celtics, a better showing against his former team’s affiliate in the NBA’s minor league would have been a perfect reminder of what he can offer to the team due to his versatile skillset.

However, his limp performance did little to change the outcome as former NBA studs Tyler Hansborough and Georges Niang starred for Fort Wayne scoring 27 and 16 points respectively.
