Thursday was a great night for LeBron James and the defending champions Cleveland Cavaliers. The team has won all three games in the series so far, while James scooped the third spot on the NBA’s all-star leading scorers list, the fourth spot on the three-pointers made list, and the seventh spot on the rebounds list.
Cavaliers are now 3-0
The Cleveland Cavaliers look to want to end their first-round series sooner rather than later and went 3-0 up on the Indiana Pacers after beating them 119-114. LeBron James got his 17th playoffs career triple-double with 41 points, 13 rebounds and 12 assists, Kevin Love had 13 points and six rebounds, while JR Smith, Kyrie Irving and Channing Frye combined for 39 with 13 points apiece.
Paul George had a 36-point, 15-rebound double-double for the Pacers, Thaddeus Young had a 14-rebound, 11-point double-double, Jeff Teague had 15 pints and seven assists, and Lance Stephenson finished with 13 points and six rebounds.
Bucks win big at home
The Milwaukee Bucks gave the Toronto Raptors a 27-point game, defeating them 104-77. Khris Middleton had 20 points and seven assists, Nigerian-Greek forward Giannis Antetokounmpo had 19 points, eight rebounds and four assists, and Greg Monroe ended the game with 16 points and seven rebounds.
The Raptors were led by Delon Write with 13 points and six rebounds, Kyle Lowry 13 points and five rebounds, Norman Powell had 12 points, Jonas Valanciunas had 11 points and seven rebounds, and Congolese center Serge Ibaka finished with six points.
Grizzlies get one back
The Memphis Grizzlies kept their playoffs dreams alive and beat the San Antonio Spurs 105-94. Mike Conley had 24 points and eight assists, Zach Randolph had 21 points and eight rebounds, while Marc Gasol ended the game with 21 points and six rebounds.
Kawhi Leonard had 18 points and four rebounds for the Spurs, LaMarcus Aldridge had a 16-point, 11-rebound double-double and Kyle Anderson finished with 15 points.
