2017 Accra Basketball League (ABL) Women’s Division leaders Tudu Galaxy will not be involved in games slated for today at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu.

The latest round of games in the division has Ghana Navy play Fire Service in the opening game at 17:30 GMT and defending champions Braves of Customs play tertiary side University of Ghana (UG).

Results in both games will have direct impact on the title race for the campaign as Braves and Navy have a chance to clinch the title with Braves lying second in the standings and Navy tucked in at the third spot.

Leaders Galaxy has played a game more than any other side in the division and has made good of its superior appearances by pacing the division with 12 points.

The side has recorded five wins in seven games played this season and is in a strong position to win the trophy.

The league is scheduled to conclude on May 18.
