Fielding questions following a workout with Utah Jazz, University of Connecticut Center Amida Brimah has stated his game isn’t just limited to the defensive but has “a pretty good offensive game too”.

The 6 foot 11 inch Center has worked out for the Jazz and Milwaukee Bucks in the lead up to this year’s NBA draft which takes place at the Barclays Center on June 22.

Brimah, who is one several prospects trying out for prospective teams in the league, checks on a high point defensively due to his staggering 87 blocks in 33 games in his final season at Connecticut but wants to be known for the other weapons he has in his arsenal.

“I see around the floor really well, I am a shot blocker and rebounder and I have a pretty good I have a pretty good offensive game too and I hope to get better and show people what I can do” he said.

Brimah is looking to become the second Ghana-born player to be drafted into the NBA following Ben Bentil’s pick in 2016.
