Braves (white) easily handled Fire Service.

Defending Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I Champions Braves of Customs and DC Dynamics have clinched big wins in the latest round of games that has taken place at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu.

Braves topped Fire Service with a 68-40 won over Fire Service while Dynamics piped Ghana Navy 52-51 to extend the misery of Navy in the ongoing campaign.

Braves blasted off hard in the opening minutes to take a commanding lead which was maintained through the remainder of the game.

The opening tie of the round was a precursor to the drama that would unfold in the next game between bottom ranked sides Navy and Dynamics.

DC, who lie just a spot above Navy and had just a win for the season heading into the game, replicated the same form that had the men in orange beat Navy in the first round in similar circumstance.

Dynamics stormed back from a first quarter deficit to win 62-61 and repeated the dose with another closely fought win over Navy.

The result means Navy is still winless in the 2017 campaign and is a big relegation candidate.
