Fire (yellow) proved too much for Navy to handle.

Braves beat Dynamics in the 2016 campaign.
DC Dynamics have clinched its second win of the 2017 Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I following a 52-51 win over Ghana Navy.

The win comes in the latest round of games played at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu and is the team’s first since the second half of the campaign began on May 19.

The opening game of the round had DC complete the double over Navy in light of the 62-61 win in the first half of the season.

In a closely fought game, it was the lads from Dansoman who had the final word of the night as its win extended Navy’s winless run in the season to eight.

The Mariners have not won a game this season despite being in several positions to break that run throughout the season.

Strangely and to the frustration of fans, the team has consistently failed to close out games leading to breakdowns near the end.

In the final game played on the night, Braves beat Fire Service 68-40.
