Akatsi Rifles is in line to play against Navy Warriors in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division II games slated for tonight at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu.

The game is one of two ties scheduled to be honored at the famous league venue with Ghana Police’s game against CYO set to be played earlier.

However, Rifles is meeting Warriors at a time the Nay affiliate team is experiencing a spike in fortune following two straight wins in the division.

Prior to 66-43 and 58-43 wins over Dunk Knights and Panthers respectively in the past round, Warriors had endured two straight losses and was on track to lose a third before rain interruption forced officials to cancel the tie against Knights.

Warriors trailed Knights 28-37 but won the postponed game comfortably before recording a shock win over Panthers.

On the other hand, Rifles have lost all four games the team has been involved in with the latest being a 44-70 loss to Tudu Galaxy. The team is in a tough position to record its maiden win of the campaign against an in form Navy side.
