Prisons (orange) won the second game on the night.
CYO (yellow) topped Novas in a previous game.

The latest round of rain-induced canceled games in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division II games is set to be played on Monday October 2.

Per the official statement released by the Division’s Board, the games will be played out at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu.

This means Junior Reformers ties against Junior Rangers and Spartans and Panthers tie will be honored on the new date.

Both games were originally set to be honored on Friday September 29 at the same venue but got called off because of rain that affected most parts of Accra.

This isn’t the first game rescheduled as a result of the weather as multiple fixtures have had to be played on rescheduled dates with Dunk Knights tie against Navy Warriors being the most prominent.

With little over six minutes remaining in the final quarter, Warriors trailed 28-37 before rains set in forcing officials to call off the game and the chance for Knights maiden win of the season.

The unroofed venue is susceptible to the weather.
