Benjamin Debrah of Police.

Junior Rangers clinched a five point win over Tudu Galaxy in the latest round of games in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division II.

Rangers won the matchup courtesy a 48-43 win over the home side to build up its wins for the season to seven in ten games.

The team’s latest win pushes them into fifth place following similar wins over Akatsi Rifles in previous games while Galaxy’s five wins in ten games highlights the team’s inconsistent run in the competition.

Rangers win was clinched in the first game of the round and Ghana Police ended the night with a 60-51 win over Rifles.

The veteran side clinched the nine point win in its first appearance following a shock 70-74 loss to Panthers; the loss was Police’s first of the season.

Police played the game without experienced Guard Benjamin Debrah who is representing Ghana at the maiden Africa FIBA 3X3 Cup. The win is Police’s ninth in ten games and have two more games to play to end the season.
