2017 Tema Basketball League Winning Coach Emmanuel Essel “Ghanaar” Worbil has stated his Tema Community 4 is making plans for upcoming challenges.

The veteran trainer made the comments in an exclusive chat with Basketballghana.com following the winning team’s appearance on basketball television show “Courtside” on Kwese Free Sports.

C4 beat the odds to topple Ashaiman Lions and clinch the just ended campaign’s prestigious award but are already plans for future competitions.

“We are planning something ahead after the December Tournament from next year” he said before reaffirming his belief in the playing body’s ability to remain successful in next season’s competition.

C4 is expected to compete in the “Campaign Tournament” in December close to the Christmas Festivities following its shock triumph over Lions.

The roster for next month’s competition is yet to be finalized by league organizers who will announce teams for the competition after a meet on Friday November 24.

The just ended Tema League season saw an increase in teams from seven in its inaugural season in 2016 to 14 teams in the just ended campaign.

It likely more teams will compete next season.
