Volta Region capital Ho, was the final stop for this year’s Sprite Ball Trophy Tour and Basketball Clinic ahead of the the main finals in 2018.

The tour came to an end after touching base in Ghana’s Eastern Region capital, Koforidua attracting a staggering number of observers during the trip.

In Ho, the Tour Train made stops at Mawuli Senior High School and Awudome Senior High Schools with both teams set to feature at the National High School (Sprite Ball Championship) from January 4-6, 2018.

Prior to the Ho invasion, members of the travelling contingent visited schools in Koforidua including participants in the upcoming edition Pope John Senior High School and Koforidua Senior High Technical School.

Throughout the tour, scores of students greeted the travelling contingent and took the opportunity to take photos with the most coveted trophy in high school sports.

At each stop, players were taught how to perfect their technique in shooting, passing and other aspects of the sport by celebrated two time Coach of the Year Lawal Brimah.

The tour is set to head out to the Western Region in the coming days.
