The competition is set to take place at Tema’s Community 4 Court with the opening round of games due to be played today and Sunday December 17.
Ashaiman Lions take on Tema Community2 in the opening game at 15:30 GMT with Tema Rockets taking on Tema Heat and Akatsi Rifles taking on Francophone Stars in the subsequent games today.
Originally, the tournament was scheduled to tip off on December 9 at the same venue but a combination of dire natural elements and last minute hitches prevented the event from going on as planned.
Heavy rain inundated the court rendering the surface unplayable which forced officials to call off games in the opening round.
Rifles have been included in the roster again after the team was excluded from December 9’s list of fixtures over commitment issues.
Reigning Tema League Champions Community is featuring in the competition; C4 beat Lions to win this year’s league title.
