Brimah goes up for Dunk

Brimah in action for Spurs.
Austin Spurs take on Northern Arizona Suns in the NBA Gatorade League later tonight with an eye to end a two game losing streak.

Spurs have been on mini skid following a long four game road trip to the East Coast where the side played against Westchester Knicks and Windy City Bulls.

However, the team has lost close in both games falling 92-95 to Wisconsin Herd and 108-111 to Maine Red Claws on Tuesday.

Meeting Northern Arizona, the G League affiliate of rebuilding NBA franchise Phoenix Suns, represents an opportunity for Spurs to end the losing run.

While the team has come out flat early in games and play better in the latter part only to fall short at the end, Ghana Center Brimah has been in improved form.

The 6 foot 11 inch defender has led all players in rebounds in the past couple of games recording a game high 13 rebounds against Maine.

Northern Arizona Suns have 11 wins and 14 losses while Spurs have 15 wins and 12 losses.
