Ashaiman Lions will be in action against Tema Community 2 in the final game of the round as the top sides in Group A clash.
Lions clinched a 37-31 win over Teshie Rangers in the opening round while Community 2 beat Ghana Police 50-38.
With both sides eager to maintain their unbeaten run in the competition and improve chances of making the final, the tie is expected to excite.
Police is up against Teshie Rangers in the other game with reports suggesting Combo Guard Benjamin Debrah will be absent.
Tema Heat will be up Nungua Coldstore in the top game in Group B as Heat faces former league champions after an impressive 39-22 win over Akatsi Rifles.
Coldstore clinched a win in the opening round with a 38-23 win over reigning Tema League Cha,pions Tema Community 4.
Rifles will be up against Community 4 in the opening game at 15:00 GMT.
