The games were originally scheduled to be played a week earlier but management postponed the round to adhere strictly with the 2017-2018 calendar.
The postponement meant new league leaders LIR Royals did not get the chance to play its first game as the club occupying top spot in the league.
The game is the top draw in the round as both teams occupy places in the top half of the standings with Rabbits in fourth place.
Just a point separates the two teams with Royals and two other teams on 11 points and Rabbits on 10 points from four wins in six games.
Barracks Scorpions open the round with a game against bottom ranked West Siders at 15:00 GMT.
Defending champions University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) takes on fellow tertiary side Sunyani Technical University in the third game.
Catholic University College, Ghana (CUCG Saints) play the final game of the round against Suncity Braves.
