Amida Brimah’s San Antonio Spurs will be battling for a win against Milwaukee Bucks come Thursday July 12 in the Las Vegas Summer League.

Heading to the game, both teams are far off Denver Nuggets in the standings after three games with Spurs and Bucks occupying the last third section.

All 30 NBA Teams are playing in the preseason competition for the first time and San Antonio ranks 25th while Milwaukee ranks 22nd.

Spurs have won one of three games with its only win coming against Washington Wizards; the team lost to Indiana Pacers and lost 89-95 in its last matchup against Portland Trailblazers.

Bucks have a similar record with two losses including an 83-90 defeat to division leaders Denver Nuggets. Milwaukee has first round pick Donte DiVincenzo featuring.

A win will be enough to move Spurs up the standings as the league draws to a close; for Spurs and Ghana Center Amida Brimah, the game represents a big opportunity to develop some consistency after registering nine points and nine rebounds in 16 minutes against Portland.
