Braves of Customs and Ghana Police Service have clinched wins in the latest round of games in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I.

Both teams were in action on Saturday at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu and landed wins over home side Tudu Magic and Reformers of Prisons respectively.

Police played first and landed a 75-59 win over fierce rival Prisons before Braves handed Magic a 77-45 loss in the concluding game of the round; following a controversy filled first round matchup, Police ensured there were none this time around.

Braves win extends the team’s unbeaten run to 14 games this season and maintains the side’s position at the division’s summit.

The defending league champions have 28 maximum points and are followed by Police who have 23 points from nine wins and five losses.

Adenta Leopards beat DC Dynamics 61-51 earlier in the week to ensure members of the top three stayed put after an exciting round of games. Below are the full details of the standings:
