In the opening game at 15:30 GMT, Teshie Rangers will be hoping to bounce back from double digit loss to Community 4 as it takes on Akatsi Rifles.
A significant chunk of Rangers contingent competed in the CAP 7 Memorial Tournament in Tudu thus making them unavailable for the game against the defending league champions.
The second game features former league champions Nungua Coldstore against Tema Community 2 in the standout fixture.
Coldstore needs another win to end the regular season with just a loss to Francophone Stars in 18 games; the 2016 champs have 16 wins in 17 games.
On the other hand, Community 2 needs a win to move ahead of Francophone Stars into fifth place, Stars play next week.
The final game has Teshie Vikings in action against bottom ranked Tema Rockets.
