Four schools have secured places at the next Sprite Ball Championship in the Ashanti Regional qualifiers at the Our Lady of Grace Senior High School in Mampongteng.

In the Boys Division, familiar foes Prempeh College and Opoku WareSchool continue their long streak o appearances at the national championship by making it to the final game of the regional tournament.

Both schools are ye to drop a game heading to the regional final game which has the bitter rivals face off for the umpteenth time.

Opoku Ware secured its final place with a 29-16 win over Kumasi Anglican Senior High School while Prempeh College scored a 32-13 win St. Hubert Seminary Senior High School.

Opoku Ware heads to the game aiming to defend its title it won under controversial circumstances over Prempeh in last year’s final game.

In the Women’s Division, Kumasi Girls High School is heavily tipped to retain its regional title against St. Louis Girls Senior High School in the Division’s Final game.

By making it to the final, St. Louis has qualified to Sprite Ball after a lengthy absence.
