The first round of the 2019 Accra Basketball League (ABL) playoff games are scheduled to be completed this weekend at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu.

The competition tips off tonight and ends on Saturday, November 9 with a pair of games marking each day. Winners are to be decided in a single elimination format.

Braves of Customs play Reformers of Prisons in the Women’s Division at 16:30 GMT before Adenta Leopards take on Ghana Fire Service in the Men’s Division I immediately after the first game.

On Saturday, defending Women’s Division Champions Ghana Police Service plays Ghana Fire Service in the Women’s Division at 16:00 GMT.

In the Men’s Division I, defending champions Braves of Customs play close rival Tema Youth in Braves first game on the Ghanaian scene since competing at the Basketball Africa League qualifiers.

Winners will compete in the finals to determine the teams that win this season’s league titles; all finals series are to be played in a best of three game format.
