Braves of Customs will battle Tema Youth tomorrow in the first round of games in the playoffs of the 2019 Accra Basketball League (ABL).

Customs take on top rival Tema Youth in the second group of games in the first round of the playoffs on Saturday, November 9 at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu.

The upcoming fixture is the third meeting between the top two teams in the Men’s Division I in the 2019 season but Braves go into the game with two wins in two games.

Braves beat Tema Youth twice in the regular season including a 77-36 hammering of Tema in the first round of the regular season.

The game is Customs first matchup since returning from participating in the Basketball Africa League (BAL) qualifiers in Group B; the qualifiers were played in Cotonou, Benin.

Braves missed out on qualification after failing to clinch a top two spot in Group B.

However, the playoffs commence later today with second seed Adenta Leopards playing third seed Ghana Fire Service right after Braves Female side takes on Reformers of Prisons at 16:30 GMT.
