North Carolina Central University recorded its fourth win in the Mid Eastern Athletic Conference of the US Men’s Basketball 2019-2020 regular season thanks to a 108-63 win over Mid Atlantic Christian University earlier today.

Ghanaian Forward Kobby Ayetey played 10 minutes off the bench in the game and registered four points, eight rebounds, two steals and three assists.

The 22 year old converted two of three field goal shot attempts and was active on the boards as he grabbed three offensive rebounds with five rebounds coming on the defensive end.

In 10 games played since moving from Baltimore City Community College, Ayetey has 11 steals with 4.8 points and 2.4 rebounds in 13.1 minutes per game.

The win is North Carolina Central’s fourth in 14 games and is a perfect response to a 60-69 loss to Louisiana Tech. Jibril Blount scored 33 points and added six rebounds against Mid Atlantic Christian.

North Carolina Central play Florida A&M next on January 4.
