Basketballghana.com can confirm former Sprite Ball Championship Winner Ajata Iddrisu has graduated with a Bachelor Degree from Park University in the United States of America.

Iddrisu graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration after spending three years at Park University as a Student-Athlete.

The newly minted graduate was part of the Aggrey Memorial Mount Zion School that won the 2013 Sprite Ball Championship held in Ghana’s capital, Accra.

That team had the likes of Braves of Customs Forward Matilda Gordon star on the roster; winning in 2013 was the first of two Championship titles for the Cape Coast based school.

Iddrisu moved to the United States in 2017 and joins Ghanaian born basketball players who have graduated in the US; Center Amida Brimah graduated from University of Connecticut with a Degree in Agricultural Economics in 2017.

Sprite Ball is Ghana’s biggest High School Basketball tournament that takes place annually and has served as the hotbed of talent that feeds Ghana’s basketball system.
