Basketballghana.com can report Ghana’s Ben Bentil has scored in double figures for the second time in a row after his latest output for Panathinaikos Basketball Club.

Bentil scored 13 points in Panathinaikos’ 93-97 loss to Real Madrid in a EuroLeague regular season game played on Tuesday, December 15.

The Sekondi native added five rebounds to his tally in 33 minutes after coming off the bench in a tough game that was decided after double overtime.

Panathinaikos lost for the ninth time in 12 games but Bentil’s production has seen an uptick after a slow start to his second season at the club.

His performance comes on the back of a 15 point outing in a 76-57 league win over Peristeri BC this past weekend and helping his side clinch its fourth win in as many games in the Greek A1 League.

Bentil is in line to get more chances as Panathinaikos plays Alba Berlin in the EuroLeague on Thursday, December 17 and Trikoupis in the league on Sunday, December 20.
