Radford University College won the 2020 UPAC

Basketballghana.com understands a documentary on reigning UPAC Basketball Champions Radford University College is in the offing.

The upcoming documentary which is yet to have an official release date attached to it is set to throw more light on the members of the winning team that catapulted Radford to clinch its first ever Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges (UPAC) Basketball Championship.

The playing body had its fair share of ups and downs before and in the course of competing in the Championship and these areas is expected to be highlighted in the video piece.

Radford topped Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) 58-46 in the final game after trailing throughout the entire contest heading to the fourth quarter.

The Legon based tertiary institution topped another heavyweight Takoradi Technical University (TTU) en route to the title; the past year’s edition of Ghana’s biggest tertiary basketball competition was played out at the Tema Community 4 Court for the first time ever.

Radford Point Guard Lawal Toyin was named MVP of the Tournament.
